I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the excellent service. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The location is also perfect — it is very convenient and close to everything I needed, making it easy to explore the area. What impressed me the most was the staff’s honesty and thoughtfulness. I accidentally left some of my belongings at the hotel after checking out, and the staff acted quickly and went out of their way to deliver my belongings to me. I really appreciate their kindness, responsibility, and excellent customer service. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with wonderful service. I would happily stay here again on my next visit!

Perfect location! Balcony with lake view. Wonderful neighborhood. Many stores around, yet not as crowded as the Old Quarter. Quiet at night. Newly renovated, new facilities, spotless clean. Super kind, caring and helpful staff, you can message them with any question and they go out of their way to help. Free water refill, kettle etc.
