## The space Welcome to our home! Enjoy the views of the Dubai Marina from the cosy living area, fitted with a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, and a coffee table. The sleeping area is complete with a double bed, fresh linens, bed lamp as well as table and chairs that can be used as a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, a stove, microwave, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well! The bathroom comes with shower, toilet, and large mirror and comes with complimentary toiletries and towels. The building includes a shared swimming pool, gym and sauna. We hope you have a fantastic stay! ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! On top of that, our guests can also access these common areas in the building: - Gym - Outdoor pool - Sauna Room - Rooftop area ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival which we have to upload to Dubai Tourism Department in order to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee, at minimum. Checkout time & Penalty: The check-out time is strictly 11AM. Any check-out later than 11AM without 48hour notice will be a penalty of AED500...

## The neighborhood The apartment is located in a fantastic location for business travellers and tourists! You're within a quick drive to Dubai Marina, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina Walk and Jumeirah Beach! There are some great dining options in the area as well, including Nola Eatery, Mythos Kouzina & Grill and Hyu Korean. If you're planning to cook at home, you can pick up groceries at the supermarket in Dubai Marina Mall nearby. ## Getting around You'll have no trouble getting around town. The closest train station is DAMAC Metro STation which is 550m away. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city. DXB Airport is 30 mins away by car. Marina Walk is just 12 mins away by car. Burj Khalifa is 20 mins away by car. Jumeirah Beach is 20 mins away by car. Burj Al Arab is 13 mins away by car.
