Fitted with two plush sofas, a 65 inch flat-screen TV, and a dining area that comfortably seats 6 people, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. There’s also a balcony equipped with another dining area where you can dine and enjoy the stunning city views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a toaster, an oven and a microwave. The 2 bedrooms feature a King and Queen bed respectively. Each bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 3.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised. ## The neighborhood Downtown Dubai is one of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores, the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young populations. Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building, but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas.
