Property info

A wonderful brand new apartment located in the best area of Tirana city. The area called Blloku is the best place to go out and well known for night life, good restaurants etc. It is a modern, air-conditioned apartment , full cooking facilities. The house is organized with one bedroom, another bedroom together with a living place and one kitchen. The apartment is 11-15 min by walk from Skanderbeg Square! It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a Smart Tv 32” and other furniture to put your personal things. In the other room there is another double bed, a sofa, Smart TV 50” (Netflix, Spotify, Youtube etc) and additional things that you may need it. The kitchen contains stove, dishwasher place, aspirator, refrigerator, and many cupboarbs filled with kitchen gadgets and serving necessities + a table for four. The bathroom is equipped with WC, sink, shower and added washbowl, bucket, mop, dustpan and a broom.

Neighborhood info

Blloku – The most famous area in Tirana It widely known as an entertainment destination with its boutiques, shops, restaurants, trendy bars, pubs, and cafes. The area is part of the neighborhood of Tirana e Re in southwestern Tirana. It became very attractive after the fall of Communism in Albania, because during the communist period it was a restricted residential area for the members of the Albanian politburo, ordinary Albanians would not be allowed in. On most maps it was unmarked. In Blloku you can still find the residence of Albania’s communist leader Enver Hoxha. Since the fall of communism in Albania, a dramatic growth of new developments has taken place, with many new exclusive flats and apartments. Ish-Blloku has been called the "playground of the young Albanian elite". Blloku is quite a small, walking neighborhood, easily accessible from different parts of Tirana. The entrance of Blloku is only 10–15 minutes by foot from the city Center of Tirana.
