This is a carefully furnished apartment. Located in Shkembi i kavajes beach. If features 2 master bedroms with a king bed and 1 single bed each and also a sofa on the living room. Being on the 6th flor and featuring open balcony overlooking the beach, you will enjoy the views it offer. It as a small and fully functional kitchen, washing machine. Newly installed air conditioner.
I’m luviol. The owner of this aparment. I have an english degree and besides english I’m fluent in greek as well.
It is located in a relatively quiet area. The apartment is 100meters away from the sea. It has nice bars, resturants, fast foods, supermarkets (incl a 24h open one) in a walking distance. Both a pharmacy and medical center are nearby. Near the building there is swimming pool also.
