Each room is equipped with its own kitchen, toilet, balcony, and wardrobe. All additional costs, such as fresh bed linen and kitchen and bathroom utensils, are included in the price. Located in close proximity to the prominent Pavarësia road and the center of the Plazh region, our holiday apartments are just about 300 meters away from the coast. Additionally, they are conveniently situated approximately 100 meters from the bus station and in close proximity to the healthcare center. Nearby the villa, guests can easily access supermarkets, bakeries, dairy shops, confectioneries, bars, restaurants, and various other amenities.
