Large cozy spacious room in a quiet city center with a balcony overlooking Mount Ararat and the city. Satellite TV, high-speed WI-FI, washing machine, separate bathroom, drinking water from the tap. Air conditioning - paid separately. Located in the city center, five minutes from Republic Square. Transfer service from and to the airport at an additional cost. We are very comfortable and good.
I am calm and sociable. I will be in a separate room. Always happy to help guests with anything they need. I will help with the organization of excursions and recommendations. I can help you communicate with the locals. I live in one of the most beautiful and ancient cities in the world. In my hometown they communicate in Armenian, many speak Russian and few speak English. We have a lot of fresh and inexpensive food. Lots of chain stores and restaurants. Lots of historical places. I invite you to visit me. You will live in my apartment, but in a separate room. I am very clean, tidy and attentive to guests. If you need help, I'm always there. If you need to be alone, I will keep your distance. If you need help shopping or traveling, I can help you with it for free. I communicate fluently in Armenian, Russian and some English and French. Discover Armenia. Enjoy Armenia! I will gladly help you with this.
Quiet center. Separate room. It is located in the city center, five minutes from the Republic Square, Singing Fountains, museums, shopping malls and Zoravar Andranik metro station. Near the Cathedral of St. Gregory the Illuminator (Surp Grikor Lusavorich), Luna Park, Gumi Shuka market (Gumi Shuka) a huge selection of vegetables, fruits, berries, cheeses, dried fruits, pita bread, meat, fish and other things. A lot of sweets and Armenian nishtyaks. :)
