The flat is amazing. There is everything you might need. Because there were lots of different kitchen things, we had no issues cooking our favorite breakfasts. The hosts are just perfect. We got a bit lost on our way to the building, and they would find us and pick up and deliver us home. Thanks so much!

Friendly hosts will meet you with a bottle of sparkling or delicious pomegranate wine with tasty seasonal Armenian fruits. For your complete relaxation, there is the city beach of Lake Sevan within walking distance (7 minutes’ walk directly from apartments) and the central street, with the interchange to the Tsakhkadzor ski resort (about 28m). The Sevan mountains are located in 10 minutes by car, which you can easily conquer and admire the view from above. Also, you can find the main attraction of the city of Sevan - Sevanavank Monastery (10 minutes by car) We will provide you with clean linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers and hygiene items for your comfort. In the kitchen you will find tea, coffee, fruits, Armenian alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. CARD PAYMENT ONLY (visa, mastercard). NO CASH.
The owner of the apartment like no one else knows how to create comfort for her guests. You will see that when you get to this apartment. Friendly and positive, she’ll always tell you the best places for a comfortable rest. She’s fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, knows basic English.
The apartments are located in one of the most popular areas of Sevan for touristic holidays. It has a convenient interchange to other resort cities of Armenia, as well as the Sevan-Yerevan highway is nearby. There is a supermarket right under the house where you can buy everything you need. Across the road, there is a beauty salon where you will be provided with all the necessary professional services. 10 minutes from the apartments, there is the main city market, where you can buy all the delicious Armenian fruits, vegetables, spices and sweets. In walking distance (7 minutes on foot) there is the city beach of Lake Sevan, where you can spend a wonderful vacation on free sun loungers and swim in the pure water of the lake.
