BelgiumA great place to stay. The kitchen staff, front desk and even cleaning crew are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The variety of the items in breakfast is much more than a 5 star hotel and yet I asked their chef to make me a western omelet lol (in the picture). Definitely delivers as a 5-star hotel.

Located perfectly in the heart of Yerevan, all the best places to eat and drink are walking distance away, yet the hotel itself located in a super quiet place away from the noise and big roads. The fair pricing makes it a very good value for money, especially at these complicated times when prices in Yerevan have skyrocketed. But the absolute best part about this hotel is the team behind it. They're super helpful, kind, fun and friendly. They've helped me so much with every possible thing that I was in need of. I exclusively stay at Mia Casa whenever I'm in Yerevan and I always recommend all my friends to stay there. Great, great experience!

- Do the hotel staff clean the room, beddings, sheet and towel daily as part of their service?Dear guest, the hotel has a housekeeping service and we clean the room and change the towels every day. If the guest wants to have the sheets, bedding changed every day it is an extra additional service that provides a hotel with extra fees. Let us inform you that the guests will be charged a repair or replacement fee in case of the damaging hotel property such as towels which are dirty as much as possible: maybe coca-cola, maybe tea or maybe something else and which are impossible to wash in the hotel, the staff has to send them for dry cleaning, sheets and the mattress which are urinated and full of spots. Also, be informed if the guest wants to have room cleaning in every room we have a sign they leave the room put the sign on the door then our made enters and cleans the room.
