The apartment has been professionally designed. It is contemporary and practical using the inspiration of the Andes; Cactus, cows, flowers, wood and local textures to invoke the Mendoza's essence providing comfort, sophistication and simplicity. The place is large flooded with natural light in each room with wonderful views of the square across the street and steps away from the best places in the city. It comfortably sleeps 6 people and has been designed with our guests always in mind.
I'm an Architect & Designer originally from Mendoza, Argentina. living in NYC, I 'm Combining my profession with Real Estate and Real Estate Investment, If you are moving or plan to buy in NYC, may be I can help you. I used to play guitar and sing in rock bands ,still once in a while I play something, I'm a vegetarian, I have a big respect for people and animals, I'm into outdoors, sports and healthy life style. love live music concerts, theater, some of my favorite places to travel are Hawaii, Paris, Barcelona, Argentina, Brasil. The city is completely walk-able, public transportation and taxis are at the door of the apartment
