Makipura is a bright and cozy apartment located in Villa Cabrera, in the northern area of Córdoba City. It's part of our family home, with a completely independent entrance, and it's ideal for travelers looking for a simple, warm space to rest and feel at ease. The apartment is on the upper floor, so you must go up a staircase to enter. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, making it perfect for up to three adults and one child. It has a full private bathroom, air conditioning, and plenty of natural light throughout the day. We don’t have a TV on purpose—Makipura invites you to disconnect, enjoy the sun, read, or rest. The decoration is minimal and thoughtful, with details that reflect our love for nature and handmade things. Books, plants, and a few handcrafted touches make the place feel lived-in and cared for. While there’s no private parking, guests usually park on the street in front of the house without issues. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, and many guests value the warm atmosphere and the sense of quiet, even though the city center is not far away. We’ve put a lot of care into this place so that you can feel welcome and comfortable, like being at a friend’s home in Córdoba.

I'm Mónica, your host at Makipura, and I live in the house just below the apartment. I created this space as a peaceful, well-kept corner for travelers passing through Córdoba who are looking for calm and good energy. I was born in Bell Ville but have lived in Córdoba since I was very young. I work in holistic therapies—massage, reiki, digitopuncture—and I truly enjoy connecting with people in a calm and respectful way. I’m an avid reader and have traveled extensively around Argentina, so I always have a good recommendation to share. I enjoy welcoming guests with care, listening to what they need from their trip, and being available if needed—always without invading their space. The idea is for you to feel at home, with freedom, calm, and warmth. And Ñeri lives here too—she's the family cat. She doesn’t go into the apartment, but you’ll probably see her walking gracefully through the garden. If she likes you, she’ll say hello.

Makipura is located in Villa Cabrera, a quiet residential neighborhood in northern Córdoba city. It’s a peaceful area for resting, but very convenient if you need to get around the city easily. Just a few blocks away is Córdoba Shopping, where you’ll find a supermarket, movie theater, food court, and various stores. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach the International Airport, the Córdoba Convention Center (ideal if you're here for a conference or expo), or the Mario Alberto Kempes Stadium, which hosts concerts, football matches, and major events. Nearby, you'll also find the Kempes Park, Chateau Park, and General Bustos Park—three large green spaces connected to each other, perfect for a walk, a workout, or a peaceful afternoon outdoors. A bit further, but still easy to get to, is Parque de las Naciones, another great spot for fresh air and nature. Villa Cabrera is well connected by public transport, with several bus lines that go directly to downtown, Nueva Córdoba, different hospitals, and other important city areas. The neighborhood offers a nice balance: calm surroundings, essential shops close by, and great access to the rest of Córdoba.
