Great location for skiing. We were able to reach the house directly from slope no 22 and could reach the lift with only a small walk. To reach the center of Kitzbühel is a 10 minute walk. Comfortable and complete appartment. Hannes and Elisabeth are very kind and helpfull. Can really advise this appartment.
