Nicole is a wonderful host. Always available with recommendations. The rooms are very clean and Austrian style, witch we love very much. The breakfast is very good with local produce or home made food. The boiled eggs are from the family's chickens and the marmalade is home made by Nicole. In Mittersil (10 minute max by car) you can find a lot of good restaurants for dinner, so not having the possibility of dinner also, it was not a problem for us. The location is also very good. On a hill, 10 minutes to the nearest gondola of the Kitzski domain (Panoramabahn). Also not far from Kaprun, Zell am See and Wildkogel Arena. Strongly recommend if you want to try different ski resorts, especially with the SuperCard skipass. We will return for sure.

Surrounded by the Hohe Tauern and the Kitzbühel Alps, Biobauernhof Kleinummerstall with ski-to-door access is a 5-minute drive from the Passthurn - Kitzbühel Ski Area. The guest house offers buffet breakfast made of organic home-made products. The accommodations units with rustic, hand-made wooden furnishings feature a seating area with satellite TV. There is a private bathroom with a shower. You can relax in the garden or the sun terrace that has barbecue facilities. Free private parking, ski storage and ski boot dryer facilities are available on site. Children can use the inside playroom or the playground set in the garden. Apartments can request freshly baked bread delivery in the mornings. The Kitzbühler Alpen Cable Car can be reached within a 5-minute drive. The train station of Mittersill is a 5-minute drive away. The tennis court in Hollersbach can be reached within 5 minutes by car, while a golf court in Mittersill is a 10-minute drive away. Both Zell am See and St. Johann in Tirol are located a 35-minute drive away.
