Clean and spacious 135m2 condominium with breathtaking views over the Austrian alps. Sleeps 8 comfortably, 10 if you squeeze it (2 on sofa bed). For a village in the alps, it couldn't be better located: walking distance to ski lifts with access to 200km slopes, historic city center of belle époque, alpine spas, train station, supermarket. Lift shuttle also stops in front of the house. Marvellous alpine walks and hikes. Free dedicated garage parking spot. Direct trains to major European cities. The condo has an open and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, 3 bed rooms, 2.5 bath rooms, and 2 balconies - all with amazing views. See layout in the pictures. Beds: 8 single beds, and 1 expandable sofa bed which sleeps 2 children/small people or 1 large person. Baths: 1 bathroom with with toilet and shower attached to the master bed room, 1 bathroom with shower and bath tub accessible from the hallway, 1 separate toilet accessible from the hallway, and 1 bath room with washing machine and shower accessible from the hallway. Large foyer for getting your ski or hiking gear on. The building also has a ski room for you to score your gear. Alternatively, you can leave it at the depot of the ski lift, 500m away. You have your dedicated parking spot in the building's garage.
Our apartment is managed by a trustworthy and experienced operator with building staff present and also accessible by email and phone.
We are centrally located right on the very top of Bad Gastein's famous waterfall with what is probably best view of the entire valley (the pictures show the actual view). The ski lift, alpine spa, supermarket, and train station are 500m away, the unique historic town center of the belle époque 250m walk below at your feet. Our building also has access to a traditional inn with excellent Austrian food.
