Chalet Bella is the perfect blend of modern alpine design and traditional alpine charm. With 300sqm spread across 3 levels, this is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday. The top floor hosts a large lounge- and dining area with exposed wooden beams, a beautiful open stone fireplace, cosy window seats and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The large dining table offers space for 10-12 guests and is lighted by an impressive reindeer chandelier. The large windows, one balcony and a large south facing terrace offer breath taking views of the ‘Hoher Riffler’ and the surrounding mountains. The house has 4 luxurious double bedrooms (each with a own en suite bathroom) and 1 master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and large en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have access to private balconies or to the terrace/garden. Level 1 hosts an additional living room with an open plan kitchen, dining table, TV and a sofa bed that can be converted to sleep 2 additional guests. The wellness area is equipped with a Finnish sauna and shower facilities and has access to an outdoor area.
I was born in Hamburg but have lived and worked aboard most of my life in cities like London, Singapore, Tokyo and Rio de Janeiro. While I am a keen traveller, the places I feel genuinely at home are Bali and the Austrian Alps. Our mountain chalet at the Arlberg has become our second home enjoying the day on the slopes and night in front of the fireplace with a cheese fondue and a nice bottle of wine. Whenever we can't be there, we are happy to share the experience with other guests.
Pettneu am Arlberg lies at 1,228 m above sea level at the foot of the Hoher Riffler (3,168 m) which offers from his summit amazing views all the way to the German and Swiss Alps. While being located close to St Anton it has kept still kept his idyllic charm of a traditional Austrian mountain village. The town centre can be reached easily by foot and offers guests a full range of dining, shopping and wellness options, all within walking distance from the indoor pool/spa next door at the Wellness Park – Harry’s Burger Grill, Kirchplatzl, Fredl’s Tavern for dinner and drinks – Mpreis for Groceries, Ruetz Bakery – Sport Matt for ski rental and gear.
