Welcome at FeelHOME & this cozy apartment, which offers you everything for your ideal short or long stay in Vienna: - two bedrooms incl. king-size beds - sofa bed for 5th & 6th guest - Smart-TV & NETFLIX - coffee machine + capsules - fully equipped kitchen - washing machine - public parking spaces - centrally located - walking distance to subway, restaurants and supermarkets ☆"FeelHOME is a great host! I have stayed with him several times and always like to come back." This 80m² apartment has been recently refurbished in great style and awaits you with a fresh & modern design. The location is very good: Walking distance to public transportation but at the same time located in the city center. You can start your day with a good coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this studio. The apartment has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a big smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge and everything you need. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is also a washing machine in the apartment. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all essential utensils like shower gel & shampoo. The apartment also offers space for a fifth and sixth guest with the comfortable sofa bed. There are plenty of parking spaces available around the building. In addition, public transportation is nearby: The public transport with direct connection to the city center or downtown is less than 5 minutes walk away.

Neighbourhood information

The location is great! Especially the proximity to Schwedenplatz and the Augarten make the area a very special experience. The good local supply as well as the great public connection, create perfect conditions for families, singles as well as couples who want to live quietly and yet in the middle of the action. Public connections: streetcar, buses | subway U1, U2, U4 Distance city center --> approx. 5 minutes by car & 5 minutes by public transport.
