A nice property tucked in behind a small village in a very quiet location. The Host was there when I arrived and check-in was quick and simple. The room is as pictured in booking.com and was bigger than I had imagined. Very comfortable, with plenty of space and a good size bathroom as well. Everything was very tidy and there was even a complimentary bottle of water on arrival. From the room I had I could walk directly out onto the shared terrace and I had a great view of the hills and mountains in the distance. There is a small TV with ample channels and wifi worked very well. There is even a large fridge (no freezer) in the corridor which can be used by all guests. Breakfast was plentiful and everything was always topped up. This was a great stay at a very reasonable price.

The location was beautiful and the room was more spacious & light than I remembered from when I booked it, so I was very happy! It's hard to find a nice room for a solo traveller for a fair price, bc many places only have rooms they rent to two people and that's obviously more expensive if you have no one to split the costs with :) I'm not usually a breakfast person, but the buffet was quite elaborate, especially since I didn't see that many other guests. I was also worried that the walk from the station (20min) would involve inconvenient roads/steps/etc for me with my suitcase, but the route was flat, the pavement smooth and the view amazing! They have a lot of booklets with information about things to do in the zillertal, so it was easy for me to pick an amazing hike for the 1 full day I had to spend there (route nr. 5 in the booklet that climbs up the gerlossteinwand was a top 3 most beautiful hikes of my life for sure).

Definitely a place where I'd like to spend a lot more time, not just passing through. Super clean, cosy, warm, everything is nicely fitted, great views. The owner is very sweet and caring, and breakfast is delicious! Great pubs and restaurants within short walks, yet very quiet at night. Highly recommended!

Geräumige Zimmer ,freundliches Vermieter ehepaar, flexible Reaktionen auf Wünsche des Verschiebens von Frühstückszeiten z.B. für early birds ,der große Aufenthaltsraum konnte auch für das Abendbrot und Spiele danach genutzt werden dazu konnte sogar das Geschirr vom Buffet genutzt werden es gab einen Wasserkocher eine Mikrowelle und einen großen Kühlschrank, die Wellnesslandschaft ist auch sehr schön und für die Anzahl der Gäste großzügig bemessen. Skikeller und Parkplätze sind auch positiv zu erwähnen
