We - Marlies, Ottokar, Hannah, Leopold & Elisabeth and our dog Lotti - love moutains, the Arlberg and we love winter sports. The Hohe Welt is not only a unique apartment facility, but also our home (we live upstairs) - and we love to share it with you.

Property info

The Hohe Welt offers four exclusive luxury holiday apartments directly in the beautiful, alpine Arlberg area at 1,750m. With us, small and large families feel just as comfortable as couples and individual travellers; the apartments can be booked individually or as a whole house - with incomparable location, perfect comfort, and 100% privacy. We combine peace and quiet with maximum comfort: concierge, breakfast service in the apartment, daily cleaning & laundry service, underground parking (with 22kW AC charging stations for electric vehicles are available free of charge) , dinner service in the apartment. Our four apartments shine not only with a dream location directly on the slopes, in the beautiful, alpine Arlberg area - but also with many amenities to relax "at home" - your private luxury. Pool: 10 x 3m outdoor pool, heated to 31°C all year round, with counter-current system and massage jets Common Spa: Large Finnish sauna, 70-95°C; two large showers; relaxation room with loungers; outdoor areas Private Spa: Steam shower (in every apartment); private Finnish sauna, 60-95°C (in the large apartments) Fitness: Technogym spinning bikes, Technogym treadmill, Technogym KinesisWall

Neighborhood info

Oberlech am Arlberg, altitude 1,750m, in the middle of the slopes; true ski-out & ski-in. Oberlech is 100% car free, but the Hohe Welt offers a private parking garage in the basement. Where snow piles up meters high in winter, lush green meadows grow in summer, snow hares give way to cows and other animals, and ski slopes become hiking trails that invite you to wonderful mountain tours.
