The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment house built in 2020 in the town of St. Lorenzen in Styria at the foot of the well-known ski area ?Am Kreischberg?. The apartment has a total living area of 60 square meters with a cozy kitchen-living unit, two bedrooms, each with a box spring double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (two beds measuring 90 x 200 cm) as well as a bathroom with wellness area (floor-level walk-in In-shower, an infrared deep heat cabin and a double washbasin with mirror) as well as a separate toilet. On a large, partially covered balcony with wooden railings, you have a wonderful view of the ski area and can enjoy the sun here. A high chair is available for our little guests. In the basement there is storage space for skis and bicycles as well as a washing and drying facility (charges apply). The apartment has a hotel safe (without liability). You can park your car under a carport space attached to the apartment.
