Man wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und eigentlich jeder Wunsch wurde an der Rezeption erfüllt. Toll war die unbegrenzte Verfügbarkeit an Kaffee-Kapseln, dass es genügend Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Bademäntel, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs, Lappen usw gab. (Besteck und Geschirr ist dafür für 4 Personen abgezählt.) Die Lage ist wirklich toll und die Lifte in der Umgebung sind im Preis enthalten, das lockt zum Auf den Berg fahren :) Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und auch die Zimmer sind schallisoliert und sehr geräumig. Der Spielplatz vor dem Haus ist schön und es gibt auch ein kleines Spielezimmer für schlechteres Wetter. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr kinderfreundlich. Der Naturpool ist zwar eher kühl-erfrischend, aber dafür ist die Gartendusche warm. Die eigene Sauna ist einen Besuch wert. Das Essen im Restaurant "Achtzig" ist sehr lecker, allerdings auch unverhältnismäßig teuer, sodass wir dort nur einmal speisten.

Opening in August 2017, LA SOA Chalets & Eventlodge is located in Schattwald amid the Schattwald/Zöblen Ski and Hiking Area, offering Alpine-style chalets with a sauna, outdoor bathtub and a terrace with barbecue. The charmingly furnished chalets feature a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven and fridge. A stovetop is also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. A breakfast basket, including fresh bread and regional products, is delivered to the apartment every day. An open-view kitchen and 4 conference rooms are at guests' disposal and massages can be enjoyed, either privately in the chalet or in the property's treating room. The area is popular for horse riding and cycling and guests receive free admission to the Haldensee Outdoor Pool, 5.6 mi away. The nearest airport is Innsbruck Airport, 75 mi from the property. From May to October, guests can use the local cable cars, operating in summer, free of charge.
