This modernly furnished semi-detached holiday home for a maximum of 8 people is located in Kötschach-Mauthen in Carinthia and promises families a comfortable holiday in close touch with nature. Embedded in a beautiful landscape, the place exudes peace and relaxation. From the south terrace, where you can also grill and relax, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a south facing terrace. You can park directly in front of the house. The house is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Kötschach-Mauthen, only 100 m from the Kötschach-Mauthen-Vorhegg ski area and only 500 m from the Aquarena, an outdoor pool with a slide, wellness area, football and tennis courts. Directly in the village you can take the ski bus that goes to the Nassfeld ski area, a larger ski area with approx. 110 km of slopes. Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance.
