About this property
Nestled in the picturesque valley of the Alpine pastures in the Salzburger Land, in the heart of Großarl, the award-winning Hotel Nesslerhof has been shining in new splendor since December 2023. True to the credo “feel the spirit of natural happiness”, it invites active and nature-loving holidaymakers to be active in the mountains as well as to wellness and inspires at the highest level. Guests can expect nature rooms between 35 and 200m2, which provide real freedom and even allow sleeping under the summer starry sky. The new, chic and elegant suites with large terraces are particularly popular, from which you have a wonderful view of the surrounding Grossarl mountains and can also enjoy the luxury of a private spa: with an outdoor bathtub, your own sauna and even a rooftop pool in the new pool suite. The modern premium spa offers an escape from everyday life with an adults-only area, various saunas and eight spacious relaxation rooms. In addition to the comprehensive yoga and treatment offering, the highlight is the new, impressive water landscape with a brine outdoor pool and champagne loungers, an indoor swimming pool followed by a 82 ft long outdoor pool with a whirlpool and the 2625 ft² natural swimming pond that frames the outdoor pool. Guests are also spoiled with culinary delights. The kitchen team ensures special highlights at a toque level from morning to evening with regional delicacies and meat from their own butcher shop. The new hotel bar “The Spirit” with lounge and fireplace also offers cozy places for sparkling moments and exciting drinks. The possibilities that the region has to offer and that are at the feet of guests of the Nesslerhof are also diverse: in the middle of the valley of the 40 managed alpine pastures, active holidaymakers can enjoy a varied hiking and biking offer, also as part of the mountain-healthy activity program, in winter the brand new gondola elevator makes this possible Directly opposite the hotel is the entrance to Europe's largest ski area, Ski Amadé.
