Located in the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula, Alice's Palace, 2-minute walk to lifeguard patrolled surf beach offers 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom self-contained townhouse accommodations less than 2 minutes' walk to the main surf beach, 10 minutes walk to shops and 5 minutes walk to the Barwon River. Renovated in October 2017, the air-conditioned and heated apartment features a gas log fire, large double glazed sliding doors, which open onto the rear deck and native bush garden with a barbecue and sun terrace.The property is 12 mi from the Great Ocean Road, Torquay and Geelong. There is an open-plan living area downstairs. Free WiFi, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, Bluetooth sound bar and a well equipped kitchen are provided. Guests can stay warm with the gas log fireplace. A number of activities are offered in the area, including fishing, surfing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, snorkeling with seals and scuba diving shipwrecks.
