Guests can try avocados grown on the property with their breakfast. Each uniquely themed, adult only room at Avocado Sunset B&B includes air conditioning, heating, TV and a DVD player. Company info

Jilly and Mel Brown recently purchased the business from Clive who had bought it in October 2019. They did an excellent job on renovating the rooms and setting a world class stand. Mel and Jilly are well travelled international travellers and having staying in many B&B's and small guest houses he felt it time to settle and manage their passion. Using the best of their experiences they have settled and bringing a little of their life to this B&B on Tamborine Mountain

1. Avocado Sunset is a host friendly Bed and Breakfast situated on Tamborine Mountain, Queensland, Australia. Perched on the very edge of the western escarpment looking down onto a palm grove below, and the distant mountains of the "Great Dividing Range" beyond. prided as a traditional B&B with four individually styled guest rooms, all sharing the beautiful central lounge and viewing deck. The style is original and comfortable with timber floors and warm cosy feeling. Avocado sunset B&B is designed to make you feel at home but with the luxuries of a 5 star hotel.

Neighborhood info

Come and discover the part of the Mountain that the residents call their own. Main Street, North Tamborine is a sleepy village centre where the locals go. It is here that we wander from shop to shop, the baker, the greengrocer and the hardware store. Main Street has a real country flavour with little cafés, local shops, the Library and much more. Here our wonderful police have their station where they are forever on the alert looking after us all. We have a thriving Community Centre as well as a beautifully restored theatre. This is the Business Centre of the Mountain and many of the businesses have been there for many years. Then leave this village area to drive past magnificent scenic lookouts, past Wineries, antique shops and avocado farms before reaching the community of Eagle Heights where you will find many restaurants, more coffee shops and wineries. Original art and craft galleries abound.
