Spend your days in the sun in the extensive backyard with group picnics or sport on the lawn. An undercover patio has a six-seater outdoor table and beanbags beneath twinkling fairy lights. Retreat to the bedrooms for uninterrupted rest, each room ambient and serene. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The second queen bedroom has a full-length mirrored wardrobe and sunlit windows with blockout blinds. The third childrens room has an enchanting framed single bed decorated with buntings. The bathrooms are timeless and chic, indulge in a long soak in the bath in the main bathroom or a refreshing rinse in the rain shower. Additional conveniences include a laundry room and driveway parking for up to three vehicles.

Mullaloo is a relaxed beachside suburb and is under 30-minutes drive from Perth's buzzing CBD. Enjoy a fragrant walk in Wanneroo Botanic Gardens just a 15-minute drive away, with onsite restaurants and the largest outdoor mini golf course in Australia. Immerse yourself in nature and adventure at Yanchep National Park, an easy 24-minute drive where you can hike trails, conquer high ropes courses, explore caves and spot cute koalas. For the water sports lovers, this area has plenty of spots for snorkelling, boating and even diving with notable areas such as Two Rocks and Yanchep Lagoon. After a day in the surf and exploring nature, nothing beats a delicious meal with a stunning view. Head to The Marina Mindarie, 13-minutes drive away for serene waterfront dining and live entertainment.
