I always make a point of knowing the employees names that I come in contact with so thank you Alex, Dylan, Rosie, Louis ( Our valet who looked after us, so incredibly well upon our checkout, and also packed our car for us) and especially Joanne. I will be returning the very next chance I get. Thank you for an amazing stay

AustraliaIt’s uniqueness. The way the Architects have created a stunning hotel within such a historic building is truly remarkable. Certain staff were amazing such as the lovely FOH/Porter who showed us to our room and helped us to be able to enjoy the Pool and Sun lounger area before our room was ready. The Sweet trolley in the Foyer The most comfiest bed during our whole trip in Australia- loved the Headboard design too. The Chocolate Easter bunny - lovely touch.

AustraliaLoved the location. We walked to Potts point and Elizabeth Bay in the morning. We walked to Madame Butterfly Opera in Botanical garden during our stay. Building is in wonderful location on old historical wharf. Staff are so friendly; especially Joanne and check in ladies and gents. Rooms are so big with super comfy beds, snack Bag (complimentary) and a minibar included in your room price. Pool and gym areas are really well maintained ; we enjoyed the facilities. Our room was ready even though we were early and checkout time was 11am. Just outside you’ll find some of Sydney’s best restaurants ; Manta, Ottos, Kingsleys and China Doll.
AustraliaLocation is perfect, mintues walk from the NSW art Gallery, Hyde Park, and the Botanic Gardens. Stunning walks towards the Harbour Birdge and Sydney Opera House. As a vegetarian, breakfast in their plant'd restaurant was perfect, and my partner, who is not a vegetarian, also loved the selection. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the bed was one of the best i've ever slept on! Staff were superb.
