Entering the apartment, you’ll walk into the open plan living and dining area, with a well-equipped kitchen. Relax on the comfortable couch in front of a large 32" LED LCD TV, complete with Netflix. The well-equipped kitchen is complete with an oven, electric cooktop, cooking utensils, appliances and basic pantry supplies – for those times when you just want a break from dining out. Soak up Melbourne's four-seasons-in-a-day weather from the luxurious balcony that you can access through the double glazed sliding doors. Equipped with a dining table and barbecue, the private al fresco is the perfect space to enjoy a glass of wine before hitting the town. The bedroom is fitted with a comfortable chiropractic-approved queen sized bed and topped with hotel quality linen you can sink into. The spacious, well-lit bathroom has a generous sized shower and is stocked with complimentary consumables for your perusal. In the bathroom you’ll also find the laundry with combined washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Laundry liquid is available for you to use, so you can catch up on your laundry before you head home.

Down the street from Richmond Station and walking distance to the legendary MCG, you'll be situated in a highly desirable location in Richmond with everything you need at your doorstep. Gelato Messina is just across the street to satisfy your cravings for some mouth-watering ice cream. For a classic brekkie and delicious coffee, check out Cheeky Monkey next door. There are dozens of bars in the area if you're interested in enjoying the local nightlife - including Harlow, The Swan Hotel, Fargo and Co and Ho Chi Mama.
