Property information

“Cascades On Allison” is ideally situated on the high side of Allison Crescent in Marysville. Stunning views of the Valley can be enjoyed whilst sipping on your morning coffee or a glass of wine. The house itself has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with views from every window. The Kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with walk-in pantry, dishwasher, and a large breakfast bar. There are three bedrooms with the master bedroom sporting a King-sized bed, ensuite and walk in robe. The other two bedrooms have built in robes with the second bedroom offering a Queen bed and two single bunk beds in the third bedroom. The house is serviced by a split system and ducted heating/cooling which will ensure comfort all year round. A rear deck is provided for outdoor entertaining which includes a BBQ, large square table seating 8 overlooking the native terraced gardens.
