A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand for expansion into other areas became apparent and A Perfect Stay was born. Located in Shirley Lane in the heart of Byron Bay, Clique 1 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom split-level apartment that’s ideal for beachside getaways. Sleeping up to 6 guests, the bright and spacious property features an open-plan living and dining space, plus a contemporary kitchen and covered deck area. There’s also a small, 1m deep plunge pool to cool off during warmer months. Property Features: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6. Luxury apartment within a boutique complex of 4. Small, 1m deep private plunge pool (please note, the pool is not a hot tub or jacuzzi). Open floor plan with high ceilings and modern interiors. Reverse cycle air conditioning in living space and master suite, with ceiling fans throughout. Separate laundry and downstairs toilet. Timber deck and covered outdoor space with BBQ and dining setting. 5 minutes walk to beach and town. Secure garage parking for 1 x large car (or 2 x small cars). IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
