The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from Flinders Street Station. Please notify us if you would like the sofa bed made when booking. House Rules By staying at this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules: a) No smoking inside. Any evidence of smoking inside will incur an additional $150.00 cleaning fee on your account (this includes cigarettes butts, ash inside the property or the smell of cigarettes). b) No guests or visitors without prior approval. c) No pets allowed. d) Please be respectful of neighbours who share the apartment building and minimise all noise between 10pm – 7am. e) Strictly no parties or events whatsoever. If any of these occur, guests will be will be escorted from the property immediately. There will be no second chances. An additional $300 cleaning fee is payable if we deem sufficient evidence that a party or event has occurred. f) A $30 per hour late check out fee will apply for guests present in the apartment after 11am unless a late checkout has previously been agreed too in writing. This is to cover the cost of our cleaners waiting for you to depart. g) Loss of key and swipe will incur a $150 charge for replacement. Please advise immediately when key and swipe are lost. Two sets of keys are provided upon check in. h) Treat the property as if it was your own home and when departing, ensure the property is in the same state as it was found when you checked in. Please keep it clean and tidy, washing up in the kitchen after yourself.
