We could experience true nature but with comfort and safety. The host lighted the fire pit and left some marshmallows for the kids. We thought it was very thoughtful and the kids loved the experience. The property is just a short drive from great parks, playgrounds and restaurants. We highly recommend the Cafe Mojo for a cup of coffee and a treat.

Lavenderpatch was a perfect place for us to rest and relax. Everything in and around the chalets is beautiful, just pick a direction to look in and you’ll see wonderful wildlife, flowers, trees or lavender! The chalets are very characteristic and you can feel they were built with care and attention. Also, Warwick helped us out heaps with our preparations for Munda Biddi which we started after staying there for two days. Perfect for starting or finishing the trail!

I showed up after 14 days at work. I wanted a rustic retreat, with trees and nature around me. I had the weir down the road , pictureres surroundings with running creeks and sound of croaking frogs :)) , pubs super close ( which i totally did not want nor use) I drank red wine under the cloudy cold sky with a massive smile on my face , had a Fantastic conversation with the owner, he started the fire pit for me , even in the rain. I needed a chill escape , with a comfy homey feel and I got it. Lucky for me I had the place to myself as everyone booked sat night. I had my music on, drank red, cooked a feed, watched rabbits run past me and I cooked marshmallows that was generally left for me by the owners . Im so sorry that I forgot your names him and his beautiful wife :) thank you for letting me relax :))
