The house is perfectly positioned in the heart of Central Coast to make beach access a breeze, with North Shelly Beach just a 7 minutes walk down the road. It also is located right across the road from the ShellyBeach Golf Course where you can grab lunch or dinner whilst looking at the spectacular views of Shelly Beach and the golf course. Shelly Beach, with its consistent waves and smooth breaks, is a surfer's paradise along the Central Coast of New South Wales. However, if surfing isn't your cup of tea and you prefer a more relaxed swimming environment, Toowoon Bay, just a stone's throw away and is an adjoining beach that you can even reach walking from north shelly beach , awaits with its calm, shallow waters and soft sandy shores.
