** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** “Mabuhay” is a lovely, single-storey, family home in Cowes, ideal for fishing & boating enthusiasts with the Cowes Boat Ramp only a 5-minute drive away. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** This single-storey home features a light-filled open plan kitchen / dining / living area (with smart TV, Netflix and DVD player) leading to the lovely outdoor deck. There is a second, completely separate living area (with smart TV, Netflix and Xbox), that even contains a foosball table! The main bedroom has both a WIR and its own en-suite (with shower and toilet). There are a further three bedrooms, the main bathroom (with free standing bath and shower), a separate toilet, and a laundry. ** Outdoor Areas ** Outdoor living is well catered for, with a sunny deck opening off the dining area (with BBQ and outdoor setting), a lovely side aspect (also with outdoor setting), and a fully enclosed space for the kids to play in. There is ample off-street parking at the front of the house, as well as room to park a boat in the backyard, accessible by a gate in the side fence. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen (with breakfast bar for six! is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, an Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** The home contains reverse-cycle split system units in each of the two living areas, mobile oil heaters in all bedrooms, and additional heating in each bathroom. ** Bedding Configuration ** "Mabuhay" is configured to sleep up to a maximum of 12: Bedroom 1: One King bed Bedroom 2: One Queen bed Bedroom 3: One Queen bed and One set of Single bunks Bedroom 4: Two sets of Single bunks ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
