Enjoy your next coastal family retreat, at this delightful four-bedroom, two-bathroom home located less than 250 metres from the gorgeous Burgess Beach. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living and dining area complete with a Smart TV, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern essentials (including a coffee machine!), making catch ups with family or a group of friends a breeze. Additional “break out” spaces include a second lounge area next to a floor-to-ceiling window that fills the space with gorgeous natural light (a perfect spot to enjoy a book), or in the garage you’ll find a pool table where you can challenge your friends or family to a friendly game! Step outside to discover a covered entertaining area, with a barbecue and picnic table, ideal for dining al fresco. The enclosed yard provides a safe space for children to play freely. The main bedroom boasts a walk-in robe and ensuite with shower and toilet. A luxurious main bathroom services the remaining three bedrooms, and features a stunning bath, walk-in shower, spacious vanity, and toilet. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, allowing guests to unwind in their own way. This property is complete with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. These is also an internal laundry. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties.

Positioned between beaches and lookouts, nature-lovers will love everything about Burgess Beach. The beach itself is a secluded, sheltered beach hidden by vegetation and accessed by a steep path. Although it doesn't have the facilities of some of the larger beaches it’s a great spot for families, as it offers rock pools and small rock cave formations to explore. Heading south, you’ll find Cape Hawke Lookout, a superb lookout offering wonderful bird-watching, a stunning vantage point to view whales migrating (at the right time of year), and a breathtaking view, spanning out as far as Barrington Tops and Crowdy Bay National Park on a clear day. Those rewards make it worth every step of the 500m hike. Still looking for something to do? Check out the giant sand hill at One Mile Beach and try your hand at sand sliding and boarding – a popular attraction for kids and kids at heart! Or head down the McBrides Beach walking track to enjoy a picturesque oceanside picnic at the remote McBrides Beach. It will have you instantly mesmerised!
