Mariner's View is a three bedroom property is situated one street back from the Esplanade with elevated water views over the entire bay. The property is set in a quiet area of town with large deck, bushland at rear and plenty of room for parking. Relax and enjoy the majestic views of the bay from the deck or from inside through the large lounge room window. The property features: - open plan living area with ceiling fan and split system air conditioning - flat screen TV with DVD - separate bathroom and toilet - barbecue and fish cleaning area at the rear - easy access to the premises from the back with no stairs to climb Upstairs Bedroom 1: Queen Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: Duo Bunk with single above Please note: Sheets pillowcases and towels are not included in this property. (Quilts and Pillows are provided). Guests can either bring their own linen, or arrange hire directly with the Coffin Bay Linen Hire (additional charge).
