Because we arrived late in the afternoon from Perth and had an early morning flight to Melbourne we chose this hotel, a two minute walk from the airport. We liked its convenient location and its reasonably priced restaurant with excellent food. It was quiet, considering its proximity to the airport.

Proximity to all the shopping areas, Central Market, museums, transportation and restaurants. Their breakfasts were varied and excellent and the breakfast staff were very attentive. The front desk staff and concierges, Linc, Samir and Aman were friendly and went above and beyond to help us in every way. The front desk staff were very patient and professional and Nick, Larissa and Linc were so kind, particularly in helping us with phone calls to locate my husband’s wallet which he left at security at the airport. Kudos to the entire staff. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Absolutely everything is perfect. The staff are genuinely warm and attentive, the venue is stunning in every detail, and the location is simply unmatched. With the vibrant city nearby and the serene hills framing the view, it creates a breathtaking setting that feels both magical and unforgettable

We booked on the day we were staying and were delighted with the rate. An additional surprise when we checked in was being upgraded. The room was quiet, clean, and we loved the nice touch of complementary Tim Tams and crisps. Excellent shower pressure and temperature management, plus the view from the room across the hills was really lovely. We were able to get cutlery and plates for our breakfast, and there was plenty of room for working and relaxing and sleeping in the two-story space. Good quality guest toiletries as well.

We had a very comfortable room with large bed. The bathroom was closed off and private and had everything we could have wanted eg excellent lighting, soft towels, hot shower. The bed was extremely comfortable, side lights, very dark at night with little or no street noise. Staff were very helpful and polite.
