If you simply want a relaxing place to return to while in town for business, you’ll appreciate the well-appointed spaces and its convenient location with views over Bourke Street through floor-to-ceiling windows.. When you're not sampling the many nearby eateries, a modern, streamlined kitchen has all you need to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and other cooking essentials such as pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your meal at the cosy two-seater table or kick back in the open living area, where a large, comfy sofa provides the perfect spot to watch TV or read a book. Two bright and spacious bedrooms accommodate four guests, with the master bedroom upstairs featuring a queen-size bed while the second bedroom, located downstairs, offers two single beds. Both bedrooms include side tables and reading lamps, while the master bedroom also offers a built-in robe. A contemporary and neatly presented bathroom located upstairs has a shower and a bathtub as well as soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer. Additional conveniences include WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and one secure parking space on the premises. The apartment is also installed with two Alexa smart devices (on in main bedroom and one in lounge).

Head to Hardware Lane for an alfresco cocktail in the warmer months or stay cosy with a glass of red and some live jazz when it's cooler. Bourke Street Mall is right on your doorstep, where you’ll find department and chain stores, specialty retailers, and lively buskers. Just around the corner is Chinatown, located between Swanston and Spring streets on Little Bourke Street, where you'll also find plenty of dining and shopping options. Other local attractions include IMAX Theatre, National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Museum, Fitzroy Gardens, and the State Library.
