This classic bungalow exudes laidback coastal living. From the moment you arrive you will feel a sense of calm, enveloped by the fresh sea air. Stepping inside, open plan interiors flow to a private patio, creating a seamless transition between indoors and out and flooding the home in beautiful natural light. The kitchen comes fully equipped for meals at home, with a BBQ out on the deck encouraging guests to whip up a feast. Dine alfresco or come together at the table indoors. This doubles as a dedicated workspace should you need to set up a laptop. There is a large TV catering to your evening entertainment and comfortable sofa seating under air conditioning to keep you cool. Each of the two bedrooms has been immaculately presented for your stay with ceiling fans for a comfortable night’s sleep. The master comes with a king-sized bed along with a dedicated workspace and built-in mirrored wardrobes for storing your belongings. The second bedroom is set with a double bed, ideal for those travelling with kids or in a group. A main bathroom makes it easy to refresh with a spacious shower and complimentary toiletries for your stay. Guests will also have access to an internal laundry with a washing machine and second toilet, adding to your everyday convenience. Parking is provided for one car off the driveway entrance.

The trendy seaside suburb of Thirroul lies roughly 15 minutes north of Wollongong and just over an hour south of Sydney. Drive here via the photogenic Sea Cliff Bridge, which juts out over the water and has become an icon of the Grand Pacific Drive. Stop for lunch at The Scarborough Hotel, taking in spectacular views across the sea. Hit the waves at Thirroul Beach before brunch at one of the neighbourhood’s popular cafes, such as Blackbird, Wilde or South Sailor. If you’re travelling with the kids, don’t miss a day out at Symbio Wildlife Park or Jamberoo Action Park, both close by.
