This light and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom near-new apartment is located in one of Leederville's premier locations! Lift access and intercom to this level 2 apartment is available from secure underground parking via a car stacker. Within the beautifully-designed building is access to the stunning rooftop Sky Lounge, with outdoor timber deck furnished with a daybed, tables and stools, a lounge area with big screen TV and a grassed area to relax whilst taking in the Leederville night life views. FREE WIFI and split system reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating/cooling), solid wood flooring and LED downlights throughout. Master bedroom has a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and split system reverse cycle air-conditioning. Glass sliding doors leads out onto balcony. Ensuite has a waterfall shower, single vanity and toilet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and bedside tables with lamps. Main bathroom has a waterfall shower, single vanity and toilet. Kitchen has soft close cabinetry, Bosch appliances (fridge, induction stovetop, rangehood), chef’s knife set, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. PLEASE NOTE keys are to be collected from our South Perth office.
