The most comfortable house we’ve ever stayed! The whole property is amazing,it has a huge garden, some fruits and vegetables can be taken. The couple of host are very kind,my family are satisfied with the staying. I recommend the house to you,I am sure you will love it.

One of the most wonderful places to stay, without question. We were a group of five adults travelling for some relaxation and wine and food tasting! Beds were comfortable, lots of space for our large group, the place was very clean, great furniture and the main living area/kitchen is huge, the gardens around the property are beautiful, the views from the property are exceptional, the hosts are a delight (special call out to Charlie!). Such a relaxing experience, lots of books to flick through, games and jigsaws, wonderful wineries to experience in the surrounds, fantastic places to eat close by, and if you want to cook at the booking the amenities are excellent, we cooked a few times and found everything we needed easily. I would plan a trip back just to stay here again!

The host is a pleasure to deal with, friendly and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need, fresh eggs, veges and herbs from the garden, fresh flowers and plenty of wood for the fire. They have thought of everything. Great location, close to all the wineries, great view of the river. Could of stayed for a week.

Tamar House is wonderful. 4 bedrooms with 4 ensuites. Beautiful displayed. Open kitchen and open living area with magnificent view. Denise is an amazing host, offered everything we needed. One of the best things about travelling is coming back to your accommodation to rest and slipping into a comfortable bed with super white crispy clean sheets. I highly recommend this amazingly serene accommodation that is a home away from home. We were greeted with beautifully warm welcome. What I enjoyed the most was picking some of the home grown fruit and vegetables, especially the delicious plums. It was a very nice touch to also find basic provisions in the fridge like milk, organic eggs, bread, delicious raspberry jam and butter which my family enjoyed immensely. Thank you Denise and Richard we will never forgot this special place.
