Newly built building (house) in a quiet neighborhood. Apartment for rent renovated for guests' needs and is located on the second floor of the house. The main guest entrance is separated by a free parking space. It is allowed to use the outdoor garden with fireplace and barbecue. The apartment is very comfortable with an area of ​​110m2. Of which: 1 large bedroom with double bed, 2 small bedrooms with one sleeping bed each. A comfortable living room with two folding beds, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, exit to the balcony from the living room. kitchen with oven, cooking utensils, cooker, large fridge and dining room. Bathroom with shower, washing machine, towels, slippers. Large corridor through the middle of the house at the end of which is a glazed terrace of 20m2 with a fireplace intended for relaxation and other needs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Heating is available throughout the property. Additional requirements are possible in agreement with the owner for your more enjoyable vacation.
