The property was very spacious. You need a car to get places. Balcony could have been a little safer but you can tell they have works going on to improve.

This tropical paradise is brand new, fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials. You will have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy yourselves, or congregate in the living room for a movie night. We've spent a long time building this house into our perfect island getaway, and when we're not here we want you to be able to enjoy this clean, beautiful, new construction home. Since this is our personal home, the kitchen is fully stocked with equipment because we like to cook while here. You will be able to cook or bake whatever you may want while here, and find the pots, pans, and utensils required already in the cabinets. We also keep a selection of spices on hand, so you don't need to buy a whole container of salt or garlic powder for a few days' stay.
This is an apartment located on the second floor of a two family house. You have access to a private deck off the side of the apartment, over the carport, as well as a balcony off the front of the unit. There is a mango tree that bears fruit at certain times of year (late spring/early summer) in the back yard that you can eat off the tree. There is an outdoor shower at the back of the house and a BBQ grill that you can use as well, which are both shared with the downstairs apartment. Other things to note Please note, laundry is available and 2 loads of washing per week is included. If you will need access to excessive laundry there will be an extra fee, as energy and water are extremely expensive on island.
The neighborhood is residential, so you’ll feel like you’re truly living on island. It’s close to the beach, with Crane Beach, one of the nicest on the east coast, within a five minute drive. There is also a supermarket within a five minute drive, and neighborhood roadside restaurants nearby.
