Excellent service from Victoria who managed our stay, including organising collection from the Airport. She was very responsive and provided us with lots of advice on where to go etc. Immediately dealt with an issue we had with the front door, which was resolved rapidly and efficiently. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the broadband was excellent! Fridge was plenty big enough. Smart TV allowed access to Netflix etc. The Bed was massive and very comfortable. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe for all our clothes and even a cupboard to store our Suitcases.
