Spacious appartment of 90 m² with 2 bedrooms. Offers comfort and privacy. Pleasant layout of rooms. Consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 living room with a desk space and a dining place, a kitchen with bar, terrace, bathroom, separate toilet and hall. Free mini bar available (Belgians beers, tea, water, coffee, fruit, sweets). Prime location, at 10 min walking distance from centre, useful convenience store below the flat open 7/24 with fresh bread and meat, ALDI at 400 yards. Free parking with disc. WALIBI and AQUALIBI PARCS at 6 min drive, AXIS PARC at 3 min. The bedrooms are quiet with a green and calm view, while the living areas are bathed in sunshine Southwards. The living room leads to a small balcony with a nice overlook on the place de l'Equerre. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will hopefully find everything you need to cook a delicious meal. A nice desk area is available in the living room. A convertible sofa turns into a comfortable double bed (140cm x 200cm) so that maximum accommodation is for 6 persons. Cotton beddings, pillows, duvets & duvet covers are provided. Want to catch up with your favorite TV series, have a warm bath and relax? You will find all the necessary to make yourself comfortable
We have furbished this 90 square meter flat with care so that you feel like at home, with soap, shampoo and towels in the bathroom, with sweets and fruit in the living room. We have also provided the flat with all the necessary amenities to make you feel comfortable, with kettle, coffee machine, tea in the kitchen. Sip a good Belgian beer or a fruit juice from the free mini bar and enjoy it on the sunny Southwards oriented terrace. We just want to make sure you enjoy your stay.
The flat is at 5 minute walking distance from the center. The neighbourhood is very quiet and you will enjoy a view on a calm square offering multiple parking spaces (parking disc required) and car sharing ( have a look at CAMBIO). However, you can do without a car as the appartment is only 300 m away from the bus station and only 800 m from the train station and the city center. Louvain-la-Neuve is a charming pedestrian student town where numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas, museums and malls can be reached within walking distance. Try the charming Irish"The Blakfriars pub" held by brothers. I don't tell you more.... The lake is only 5 minutes walk away.
