- Great app. at the seaside for up to 6 people - Walking out of the building, you will find yourself directly at the sea and the beach - Furnished with cosy and comfortable furniture - You will be able to self check-in yourself upon arrival - No groups of young friends and students allowed, min. age 25 This is the perfect accommodation for 6 guests in a great location in Koksijde. There are two bedrooms: - Room 1 has a double bed - Room 2 has a bunk bed (below= double / above= single) and a single bed. There's a little children's bed also for 1 person, if you would be interested in renting for 7 people. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you might need. The apartment lounge area is foreseen with all new furniture for an ultimate stay. There's a balcony to get some fresh air. In the house you will also find: - Clean 100% cotton sheets and towels (Witte Lietaer) - All beds are made on arrival so that you can immediately enjoy your stay - Free WiFi - Shampoo and shower gel is provided in the bathroom - Basic cooking supplies and everything to keep the kitchen clean - An iron with ironing board // To protect our accommodation and keep up-to-date with current regulations, you will be asked to complete a document around an exemption / deposit after booking. You will be given a choice between: 1) a partially refundable deposit or 2) a non-refundable waiver. The latter option is recommended as it protects you in case of damage that would have been caused during your stay. // PARKING // You can easily find a parking spot near your accommodation via SparkSpot.
