The villa has a private sauna to unwind in privacy and a barbecue to enjoy the evenings. This villa lies in the High Fens natural park amid beautiful surroundings and fine views. The town centre and bus stop are at 500 m, if you wish to wander through the area. Restaurants serving local dishes are at 1 km and supermarkets for groceries are at 2 km. For a pleasant experience, you can walk to the lake at 3 km. The region has over 60 km of cross country skiing trails. The villa has central heating and a well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals of your choice. On the a private terrace with lovely furniture, you can enjoy delicious home-cooked meals and linger for long hours. If you love tranquillity and a good book, the private furnished garden offers plenty of space. There is a playground with a swing set and boule's court for children. Parking is available. Note: Cleaning Fee to be paid at the property - 150.0 euro
