Well-equipped accommodation, clean and comfortable. The receptionist is kind. We got what we expected. Some of the Smart Home functions were not set, but we were able to listen to music very well. The sea is very close and there were not many tourists. The pool is also great.

We were as a family of 4 (2+2). Great private apartment (#37) with a size of over 100 square meters. Two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed and one bathroom. Curtains, voice-controlled music with Alexa from Amazon. The living room and master bedroom have a side view of the sea. It is not an apartment with a central sea view. The pool is available until 9 pm and is not crowded. Paid (30 leva) Luxury Dolphin Beach 10 m from the pool. Great restaurant right next to the apartment building. Deposit can be done with a credit card and not cash. Nearby 50 m grocery store, fruit and local bakery with Bulgarian baked goods. To the crowded and noisy center of Sunny Beach about 10-15 min walk with many restaurants and good Bulgarian food. A nice place to spend time with the family. Daily cleaning. Very thorough and clean. Definitely recommend for families. It was a great stay.

Firstly the reception on arrival was most friendly and efficient. Immediately felt at home. Room was as expected, modern, quiet, very "smart" with Alexa dot in each room for ease of operation, auto operation, lights etc. and so cool with exceptional air conditioning which was needed at 30c outside. Relaxing furniture and so comfortable bed which was shape adjustable! Most of all the important aspect is always the staff. In this case, nothing short of marvelous and that speaks for all of them. Really Friendly and not "put on" for the visitors. Nothing not to like.

would recommend to everyone the smart home properties! exactly as in the photos, great seaview from balcony, literally 2 steps from the beach and they also have a pool…verry comfortable beds and sofa, smart home systems including alexa, good communication!

The location is great- next to the beach. The place it’s super clean. All rooms have nice sea views and balcony. The staff was excellent and supportive. The kitchen has everything you need. It’s perfect for large or small groups.

Komfortowy apartament - bardzo czysty, w zacisznym miejscu ale niedaleko od centrum Słonecznego Brzegu. Bardzo ładny widok z balkonu na morze. Bezpłatny parking. Bardzo ładna plaża przed hotelem, chyba najczystsza w Słonecznym Brzegu z dobrą infrastrukturą. Komfortowe leżaki z miękkimi materacami i duże parasole ( nie ma takich samych w okolicy ) w cenie 30 lewa za parasol i dwa leżaki, jest możliwość dobrania puf za 5 lewa, można dobrze wypocząć. Na miejscu beach bar i 3 restauracje - ceny umiarkowane, sklepy. Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek.
