Welcome to cozy Evergreen Sofia Apartment, come in and make yourself feel at home! The apartment is newly completely renovated in a contemporary modern style, ready to accommodate all our guests.
We are Zhivko and Krisi, we love travel and explore new places. From personal experience we know how important is the host, who can warmly greet you and make you able to charge with positive emotion and spirit to enjoy your stay. That is why it is very important to us to take care of our guests on the same way how we expecting other hosts to take care of us, when we travel around the world. We are travelers, inspired to meet new people and eager to show the Bulgaria's beauty to foreign travelers, and we could organize for you a shuttle service from or to the airport and one-day trip to the Rila Monastery and Boyana church.
The apartment is located in Musagenitsa /g.k. Mladost 1/, close to Sofia Tech Park, Arena Armeec Sofia, the most of the Universities and Student’s town, where is full of young social people. It is within walking distance to SofiaMed Hospital, Hematology Hospital, Oncology Hospital, University Hospital for Neurology, University Hospital "St. Anna". The metro station Musagenitsa located just a five minutes away, will help you make your way around the city as easy as possible. Serdika station and historical center of Sofia is on 15 minutes, Business Park Sofia is in just few subway stops away (8 min) and Sofia Airport is around 15 minutes. Student's city with a lot of nightlife sights are on short distance. There is easy access to the Vitosha Mountain or to the Ring road by car. The location is ideal for excursion or skiing to the Vitosha Mountain, which is approx 15 minutes by car. There are supermarket and a few cozy restaurants close to the apartment. I recommend my apartment because of its beautiful location and its amenities.
