It seems recently renovated, and I really loved the style and the charisma of this hotel! The location is really close to the Gondola if you’re there to ski, and the other lifts on the bottom of the mountain. It’s super close to the restaurants, supermarket, etc. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, and arranged a little surprise for my hubbie who had his birthday during our stay. The food was really good too!

The food on offer is much better than what is available outside of the hotel in Borovets. It was fine for us over 4 days but would probably get repetitive if you went for a whole week. There are plenty of options close by to the hotel Amazing massages in the hotel spa at a great rate.

Excellent hotel location. Good breakfast (testy salmon, olive, omelette e.t.c). Beautiful terrace overlooking the forest. When reserving a room, we indicated and called the reception that we would be staying with medium-sized dogs, but upon arrival at the hotel, seeing the dogs (pit bull and staff), they said that dogs of that size were not allowed, but after negotiations with the management we were accommodated in room - everything went well (surcharge - 20 levs, which is the norm).

The hotel is great! The room is very comfortable, clean, all cosmetics are in large quantities and of excellent quality! The spa is very clean, cozy, the massage is professional, the cuisine is delicious, I definitely recommend this hotel for a family holiday, there are board games in the lobby - we had a great time by the fireplace with games!

The atmosphere was nice. The landscapes and views from the balcony was breathtaking. Close to the forest, and with nearby eco trail, it was perfect for a quick getaway. The rooms were clean and felt luxury and comforting at the same time. Employees are welcoming and always ready to help you out - everyone from the registration, the restaurant, the hygienists. The spa is perfect, has everything needed to get relaxed. Also, its close enough to the lift and the ski resort.

We changed the room to a studio because we wanted a more spacious place. The foldable bed for the kid was big and comfy enough. The coffee in the room is good. The food in the restaurant was ok. The interior and the fireplaces make it very cozy. The kid’s place was nice, although there was no person in charge there. With a few exceptions, the staff were kind and willing to assist. There were a lot of other kids, so my son enjoyed having company. There was a lot of snow but the hotel offered a shovel and broom to clean our car.
