The staff was super nice, and the rooms were really clean and cozy. It's in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and attractions like Tsarevets fortress. The food was also good and the prices were reasonable. It was even better than we expected. We definitely recommend it.

Very good location, close to objectives, clean, staff very friendly, beatiful decorated lobby where you can enjoy PINKO caffeteria and a pleasant brake. One thing is the hotel is closed in the night, only clients have access.

The room is big, very clean, with much light and the shower is spacious. The beds are comfortable. Close to the city center and the attractions. The hotel has free parking, we message the staff and they reserved us a spot (is near the hotel). The staff is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend.

Clean room, comfy bed, nice view and a nice balcony. The staff helped us with free parking for the night. The hotel has a beautiful caffe at ground floor and we had coffee and breakfast in the morning there.

Location was the best, close to everything. A little noisy at night in the rooms facing the main street, but manageable. The best thing was that they allowed us a late check-in late in the evening, on a Friday night, and even allowed us to use their reserved parking spot in a nearby street during our stay.

Room is big. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. One large king size, one single bed and one double sofa. Very clean. The bathroom nand the shower ar pretty small, but okish. Parking is a problem. The receptionist helped us to find a spot on the main street. Still we were concerned as it was right next to the bus station. In the lobby there is a bistro where you can have a light bfast. The accommodation, For 125leva is worth it.

The hotel itself was good. I would stay there again. The room was clean with good AC and WiFi. With windows overlooking the town. The hotel is reached through a small coffee shop, rather directly to a separate reception. Accommodation was good. The next day I had breakfast in the coffee shop with the manager / owner's daughter help. It was good.
